Little
Ninja's (2 ½ - 4 ½) - This course is designed to develop
the basic self discipline that will enable a child to take part |
||||||
|

in other group
activities whether they be karate, school or sports. |
|
||||
|
Dynamites
(ages 4 ½ - 7 ½) - This class focuses on developing
coordination, strength and flexibility while learning the bas |
||||||
|
|
moves and
having fun with games. As the
child advances, additional skills will be added. |
|
||||
|
Juniors
(ages 7 ½ - 12 ½) - This fun & energetic class
focuses on karate as a means of self -defense. |
|
|||||
|
|
Positive attitude,
confidence, courtesy, and self-discipline are emphasized. |
|
||||
|
Advanced
Juniors (ages 7 ½ - 12
½) - Jr. Purple/blue belt and above; this class places additional emphasis |
||||||
|
|
on understanding
karate and offers instruction in more advanced techniques. |
|
||||
|
Teens (ages
12 ½ - 18) - This
class provides a more advanced understanding of karate techniques and
environmental |
||||||
|
|
awareness. Additional emphasis is placed on
character-building and perseverance.
|
|
||||
|
Adult - A
high-intensity class that offers a great workout while challenging each
student to apply karate techniques |
||||||
|
|
in a
fast-paced environment. Teaching classes
offer the student a chance to learn new material to progress in rank. |
|||||
|
SWAT - A supplemental class for those students
in the Special Winning Attitude Team (SWAT) leadership program. |
